●   Created a report on potential e-commerce company to do an e-commerce site for Wicker Emporium

Created a web presence for a fictitious company. This web site was created using Microsoft FrontPage98.  The site accessed a relational database created in MS Access.  It also made use of VBScript for client and server side validation and database access.

Utilized Visual Basic 6.0 to create a Virtual Placement Agency (VPA).  The VPA was a multi-tiered application developed from a prototype through analysis and design into a fully-functioning program.  The project also employed a web portion, which made use of Active Server Pages to access the database, display information and perform updates, inserts and deletions.

Modified the Virtual Placement Agency concept into a Job Placement Agency through use of Java 2.0. This was a multi-tiered application connected to a DB2 database.  We also used a Java Applet to deploy the project over the web.

Used Oracle 8 to create a fully functional Client/Server application with Web-based reporting, from a professional business narrative.  This application made use of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Developer 2000, and the Oracle Web Application Server.

Used documentation tools and techniques such as UML, use cases, and ERD diagrams during project design and analysis phase.
